Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Worth Wear, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and exchanges process in accordance with standard e-commerce practices.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
